Welcome to Elevate! We are a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Black youth from the Weston-Mount Dennis community to achieve their career aspirations and goals.

Our mission is to provide support and resources to help young people discover sustainable career pathways. We do this by connecting them with professional mentors, offering internship opportunities, providing financial literacy education, and teaching essential career development skills.

We believe that by investing in the social capital of Black youth, we can help them succeed and inspire a new generation to work towards creating a more equitable society.
